TeamJobs have an exciting opportunity for a building manager to join our prestigious client Christchurch.
The role consists of the following:
*General Administration of estate office and arranging contractors to maintain the building.
*Assisting residents with queries.
*Managing contractors whilst on site/providing access etc.
*Ensuring all H&S records are kept updated.
*Undertaking routine inspections/testing of communal equipment.
*General housekeeping duties.
*Working alongside the Social committee to facilitate in-house events.
*Liaising with Property Manager on maintenance items
The hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, although there is some flexibility.
