Quantity Surveyor - Developer - Bedford A rare opportunity to join one of the country's largest and most respected independently owned house builders in the UK Our client has been established for over 60 years and they pride themselves on building high quality / high spec homes while also focusing on the flow, the space and the surrounding area to make sure they create a great living space They aim to create beautiful community settings and build over 45 different house types with various architectural features. They focus on quality and you will be enjoy working on schemes you can be proud to be part of The role You will be office based in Bedford with site visits locally working on new build housing schemes. You will generally working on 2-3 schemes simultaneously The Person You will have the ability to form strong working relationships Good IT skills • Excellent negotiating skills Qualifications/Experience You will have experience working in the house building industry You will either be an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor You will have strong IT skills HND or Degree qualified The benefits A competitive salary and benefits package including 26 days holiday, pension, life assurance, company car/car allowance and bonus.
