Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Preparing cost estimates and budgets for the projectsProcuring and managing subcontractors and suppliersReviewing and valuing the work done by subcontractors and suppliersPreparing and submitting monthly valuations and final accountsNegotiating and agreeing variations and claims with clients and subcontractorsMonitoring and reporting the financial performance of the projectsIdentifying and mitigating risks and opportunities What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will have experience working as a quantity surveyor on commercial projects ranging from £1m - £10m, have experience with client facing and building relationships and as a person be willing to progress and develop their career with a can do attitude. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 (negotiable on experience) + package.
