Our suite of services covers the Pre-Construction, Construction and Post Construction phases of a building project. Clients can choose from Environmental Consultancy, Energy Consultancy and Performance Testing services to help them comply with the Building Regulations and environmental legislation.
What you will be doing?
You will calculate the areas and volumes of buildings and building elements using relevant software packages, which will be used by others to determine air leakage results on site.
What you will need
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills particularly around Microsoft Office
Experience using SketchUp (will consider other drafting software applicants)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Existing knowledge of Building Regulations or construction industry guidelines would be beneficial

Candidates will ideally have some experience of water trunk mains and particularly leakage detection / control contracts.
