Job Description
Our Client a £600m Main Contractor has won an abundance of work recently in the Bedfordshire area. Specialising in major projects across the UK this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company that's on the up! In this instance they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager, a strong number two for a £50m new build RC frame scheme.
Senior Construction Manager responsibilities:
- Programming amends
- Sub Contractor management
- Quality Control
- Client liaison
- Design input
- Solving Technical issues on site
- Driving project, leading from the front
Senior Construction Manager experience required:
- Minimum 10 years Site Management experience
- Major residential project experience
- Degree educated or equivalent (Preferred)
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black Manager Card Preffered)
- Must have good company longevity
- Good leader - can do, will do attitude
