Salary: to £35k + car + bonus

Are you a Key Accounts Manager / Cleaning Operations Manager / Contracts Manager with experience managing cleaning contracts in the NHS, hospitals or car rentals/showroom sectors ? Do you have experience managing key cleaning contracts across multiple locations ? Are you a great people manager ? Are you equally strong managing senior stakeholders ?

Our client is a successful contract cleaning company with over 30 years in the business providing cleaning and support services to offices, Universities and the public sector. They have recently won a major new contract and are now looking for a Key Accounts Manager to look after a couple of client accounts and all operational cleaning aspects. These are prestigious major clients with multiple locations to be managed throughout London and the Home Counties and up to Birmingham.

The Key Accounts Manager will work closely with the Customer's Estates Department, Site Management and teams to ensure delivery of contracted requirements and actively introduce new ideas, operating methods and processes which will benefit the client.

Your team of multi-skilled mobile operatives will deliver the planned Periodic Deep Cleaning service consisting of: Carpet Cleaning, Floor Polishing, Window Cleaning, Floor Deep Cleans, High-level cleaning and specialist cleaning tasks such as IT cleaning of their Call Centres and Deep Cleans following outbreaks of infection. All employees undergo Infection Prevention Training as standard.

The Key Accounts Manager will:
*Plan; Organise and Control the Operational Delivery to our clients premises.
*Develop and Maintain excellent Customer Relations.
*Ensure that Client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction.
*Ensure that quotes for Ad Hoc Work are dealt with in a timely manner.
*Ensure that the Monthly report is completed on time.
*Recruit; Induct & Train new Cleaning Operatives.
*Ensure that all monthly Audits are complete on time and any failed Audits have an Action Plan completed within 48 hours.
*Motivate and provide re-fresher training to existing employees on an annual basis.
*Ensure full adherence to Company policies and Procedures.
*Ensure that Budgets are adhered to.
*Ensure that monthly Worksheets are collated and returned by the appropriate deadlines as per payrolls instructions.
*Ensure that Cleaning Materials; Consumables and Equipment on site are properly controlled, managed, maintained and available for use.
*Ensure that all Employees report to work in uniform and are smart.
*Ensure that Site Specific Security Procedures are followed correctly.
*Identify areas of Improvement within your business area in relation to productivity.
*Deal with Staff Performance; Disciplinary issues in line with Company Procedures.
*Carry out Health & Safety Audits.
*Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
