Our client specialises on the maintenance of commercial buildings and have projects throughout the London, Midlands, and Northwest regions. The role is heavily a/c based, which is mainly Daikin, and the candidate will need to have an F-Gas qualification. Our client are looking for a dynamic, driven, self-motivated engineer who is very professional and extremely client facing. The candidate will work independently or in a team - 1 other on site engineer.
The A/C Engineer is responsible for:
* Complete PPM to HVAC equipment within our contracts, FCU’S, AHU’S, Pumps, Motors, Lighting & Emergency Lighting.
* Complete PPM tasks, basic plumbing tasks; ball valves and toilet systems, basic electrical tasks; ballasts, batteries and L8 water hygiene tasks.
* Ensure that sub-contractors used on your sites are carrying out work in accordance with company instructions.
* Ensure all reports are completed and submitted as required.
* Ensuring all site feedback and internal CAFM systems are up to date.
* Completing Weekly timesheets.
Ideal Candidates will have:
* Solid experience within the M&E/Facilities Management/Building services Industry.
* Experience working on AC & Mechanical Systems
* Experience working on Commercial Projects.
* Strong Technical experience, MS Office, EXCEL etc. (Ideally CAFM systems)
* Great Interpersonal Skills (Able to communicate, effectively and efficiently.)
* Level 3 Qualification or higher in either the Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC disciplines (Not Essential)
