A great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a high end residential developer in Hertfordshire
Our client has been established for over 25 years and lead the way in delivering some of the most outstanding and luxurious private builds across the Northern Home Counties
They have built up a reputation for working to exceptional standards and are now looking for the right person to help strengthen their expanding business
The Role (Technical Coordinator)
As a Technical Coordinator you will work closely with the Head of Design. You will be driving and managing technical process. You will manage external consultants (Architect, Structural Engineer, Drainage Consultant, Lighting Consultant) and processes
You will be problem solving site queries on new build bespoke residential projects ranging from £1m - £2m in value. There could occasionally be some drawing involved.
Minimum Requirements for Technical Coordinator role
To be considered for this role you must;
·Have 10 years’ practical experience as a Technical Coordinator and Architectural Technician with a residential developer and architectural practice working on bespoke residential projects
You will have worked as an Architectural Technician looking at working drawings and will have progressed into a Technical Coordinator role
Duration
This is a permanent role.
Location
Our client are based in Hertfordshire
Salary
Up to £45k per annum
