It is essential that the candidates have excellent BIM capabilities and experience of new build construction detailing and also, design. With these roles you will be working directly with their German studio so it would be highly favourable to be fluent in German. However, BIM is the most essential criteria- so there may be flexibility in language requirement!
To be considered you must already have several years industry experience using Revit and BIM on live projects. Your portfolio must demonstrate this.
