We are looking for an individual who has experience of Condition Surveying within a variety of different sectors, using handheld tablets while supporting business objectives and the goal to maintain customer service excellence. This role will primarily be focused on commercial and residential buildings so previous experience would be very beneficial.
Ideally we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications/experience.
* The ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying degree
* Managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
* Experience of capturing data on a tablet
* Strong understanding of Condition survey and defect diagnosis.
* Good knowledge of using Microsoft excel
* Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
* Previous experience of facet survey experience within the NHS is also beneficial but not essential.
