Able to carry tools and equipment by hand up to 20kg.
Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment; able to work at height.

We are currently working with a well established property business to recruit a Facilities Manager for a large Retail project in the Hull area
The role is to be responsible for the Facilities Management including, maintenance, cleaning, environmental, waste & recycling, health & safety, and contractor management.
The Key Accountabilities of the Building Manager fall into a number of different areas of operation:
Maintenance Management
Soft Services Management
Risk and Asset Management
Relationship Management
People Management
Required qualifications/experience:
A minimum of 2 years'experience in a similar role with particular emphasis on successfully managing buildings.
A minimum of 3 years people supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of M&E systems/installations with an understanding of the operation of HVAC, electrical distribution and generation, UPS, comms room, fire detection/protection and other engineering systems including Building management and Energy management systems.
Average knowledge of building construction and project management techniques.
NEBOSH Health & Safety General Certification or similar.
FM related qualification would also be beneficial (IWFM).
Effective communicator.
Good working knowledge of the technology involved with the operation of a building.
Committed to the pursuit of excellence in all matters affecting the performance of the building.
Ability to establish good working relationships with managers and staff
