The projects you will work on a specifically located around North London and you will work on residential and small commercial works. You will need to have some experience with residential building control. You don't have to be fully chartered so will suit surveyors at ACABE level or if you have experience with a warranty provider or Local Authority.
You will be responsible for all elements of building control:
Fee quotation
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
Work with architects and building engineers at design stage
Offer advice to make projects both compliant with building regulations and cost effective
Various site inspections at all stages of construction
Use your knowledge of the regulations to ensure construction and building safety
Issue initial and final notices
