THE ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager here at OWN LONDON, you will have experience working for a London based contractor or developer within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for the day-to-day site management and supervision of the project construction team. Our current developments include predominantly prime residential, with some bespoke office and restaurant projects in Central London.

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this Contractor based nr Preston Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working alongside this experienced Civil Engineering Contractor in recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have responsibility for being involved with, and delivering a diverse range of Civils & Rail schemes Specialising across the wide range of Civils, typical projects will include: Civil Engineering & Groundworks Rail Industrial Typical duties will include: Procuring packages of work, and awarding subcontractor agreements Procurement of subcontractors Preparing payments for subcontractors Producing CVR's and cash flow analysis Measurements and variations Valuations and payments Procurement Responsibility for mentoring a junior member of the team Stakeholder Management To be successful in your application, you must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Civils Contractor wanting to step-up to Senior, or be an existing Senior QS looking for a new opportunity You will have strong knowledge of NEC Contracts and be proficient in your understanding A highly competitive salary and package is on offer for the successful applicant for this role.
