The company are also looking to move into BIM in the near future, therefore any experience of Revit would be beneficial.
Draughtsman Position Overview
Prepare details, plans, sections and arrangement drawings for approval
Work on a range of roofing and cladding projects (values range from £100K - £6M)
Liaise with Design team to gather all necessary information of a project
Issue drawings and schedule materials as required
Attend handover meetings
Attend design and site meetings when required
Examine As-built specifications and check drawings and update as necessary
Draughtsman Position Requirements
HNC or equivalent in a design related subject
Computer literate
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (3D experience is desired, but not necessary)
Must have a background working on roofing, cladding or rainscreen projects
Strong communicator

Competitive salary (dependant on experience)
