Maintenance Engineer Plumbing Background We are currently working with a well-established, local property maintenance company who are looking to expand their team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing but also have the ability to carry out various maintenance tasks within a domestic setting. Some exposure in the following trades would be of benefit: carpentry, tiling, bathroom installation and decorating. Candidates should be based in Cambridge or surrounding villages/towns. The work will be predominantly in the Cambridge area and some work in the surrounding villages. Candidates should be comfortable with a multi-site mobile role. Our client is looking for an individual who can comfortably work in a small team/pairs, as well as being a competent and pragmatic decision maker when working independently.
