Job Description
They are now seeking to recruit a Process Manager at their state-of-the-art facility in the North East to join the existing factory management team. Reporting to the Plant Manager the position will involve providing technical support in terms of the experience working with kilns, quality, energy and environmental.
Experience:
Applicants should have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to operate at all levels, working individually as well as part of a team. Very good computer skills are also essential.
Applicants should be self-motivated, flexible and have the drive to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
You will have previous management experience, knowledge of the clay industry with quarry working and stockpiling knowledge.
Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
