Technical Coordinator

I am recruiting for an experienced Technical Coordinator on behalf of a privately owned developer based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be involved with some of the company's newest residential schemes which consist of traditional build hosing sites, managing them from planning to completion. The business is currently expanding and aiming to produce circa 300 units per year which will involve sites ranging from 100 to 300 units. Their developments are made of bespoke family homes up to a sale value of £1.5m. Drawing on their enviable land bank the company can offer a steady stream of work and a great working atmosphere as well as career progression. I am keen to speak with candidates who have gained experience working with a contractor or developer on multi unit residential schemes.
