Senior Quantity Surveyor required for Leading Main Contractor Madden Hill is currently representing a major contractor who has an exceptional reputation in the Market. Due to company growth they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid track record to join their team. Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: City of London Salary: Competitive up to £75,000 with full package including travel reimbursed An Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a commercial team on a large project based in the city. You will be working and supporting a team of Surveyors and reporting into a Commercial Manager. The project is a 50 Million pound new build / part refurbishment office developent in Central London. This is a newly secured project with a repeat client which is due to kick off in the first quarter of 2017. They are looking to fill the position ASAP with the Senior Quantity Surveyor working on the preconstruction phases initially then taking the scheme live on site. The contractor looking to hire for this role have been in the market for over 40 Years and have built up a reputation both in the UK and overseas. They are known for delivering their projects and acheiving the highest of standard which has resulted them in working with mainly repeat clients and having a great name across the globe. Being financially stable they now reaching the Billion turnover mark as a group and have a full orderbook for 2017. Within their London office, the majority of their projects are based in the city with these being Commercial, Residential and Healthcare schemes up to 700 Million. Although they are a major player in the city for large schemes, they do also get invovled in smaller schemes up to 50 Million. All their projects are new build, design and build, cut and curve, refurbishment or fit out. This is a great opportunity for a Senior QS who is looking for a next step in their career.
