A well established and fast growing UKAS accredited asbestos company providing various professional services is actively seeking the services of a good calibre and reliable Asbestos Surveyor to work on numerous contracts in the London area and will include applications from within this and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience: The applicant must have attained the P402 certificate, or the equivalent RSPH, as well as having significant practical experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry. Must be fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures. Will have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Will have excellent IT skills. Key Tasks: Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial. Compiling and producing asbestos reports as and when required. Developing and maintaining good relationship with the company's large portfolio of clients. In general the successful candidate will be adaptable, have a good work ethic, will be methodical, have good attention to detail and at the same time have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
