Senior Quantity Surveyor

Having won a number of multi million pound schemes across the South West due to start on site shortly, the company are seeking to appoint a highly competent and enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team in Exeter. Reporting to the Managing Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial duties on your own civil engineering or building schemes from tender stage to final account. Candidates will have gained a good grounding in quantity surveying within the Civil Engineering contracting sector and obtained a relevant construction qualification at HNC or equivalent level. You should have excellent communication skills and be fully IT literate.
