The Employer:
This is a medium-sized Approved Inspector, led by very personable and highly capable Directors, with a great niche in that they have the Commercial/Fire Engineering focus of the larger AI’s, yet have managed to retain a ‘family-feel’/supportive environment, more akin to a smaller business.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a business that has established a fantastic reputation, leading to a vast pipeline of continued work. They have attracted some of the industries most talented individuals in recent history, now in a position to take the business to the next level, creating a unique opportunity for the right individual to be part of a very exciting project. You will be home-based, with occasional travel into London if/where required (maximum of 2 days per week).
Person Specification:
Extensive experience at a Management level within a Building Control environment
High level technical ability, ideally having worked on Complex/Commercial developments
MCABE/MRICS/MCIOB as a minimum
