Minimum Requirements
*
Have recent, relevant experience as a Design Coordinator/Assistant Design Manager for a Main Contractor/Architectural firm

Architecturally Professionally Qualified either RIBA/ARB/MCIAT registered, or Part 1/HND(C) Qualified
*
Must have experience on UK residential schemes
*
Experience in the use of JCT Design & Build Contracts, with good construction drawing detail/building regulations/legislation knowledge.
*
Be able to demonstrate longevity of service
