The Company One of our East Midlands based clients are currently looking to recruit an experienced Planner to their successful team. Our client is one of the most reputable contractors in the Region with over 100 years' experience within the industry. The Planner Role The primary purpose of this role will be adding value to the construction process by determining the best methods and practices to deliver a quality project. Your main areas of responsibility can be broken down into the following areas: To ensure plans are delivered in a manner which enhances and maintains the company's name and reputation for quality. To evaluate and determine the best methods and practices to deliver projects. To produce plans and ensure their completion within programmed time, whilst ensuring that client expectations are met. To ensure that the procedures identified in both the health and safety policy and quality manual are fully implemented. To help ensure profitable execution of work. To represent the company in dealing with clients or their agents, external and internal customer's and professional staff in a manner that enhances the company's reputation.The Ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within Pre-Construction and will have an understanding of value engineering processes. The Planner Package Being a leading Contractor, the client are prepared to offer a highly competitive salary of up to £65,000 (subject to experience) plus benefits such as company vehicle/allowance
