Job Description

Do you want to work as a Contracts Administrator for a growing contractor based in Sussex? Would you like to support the Director and Contracts Managers and work closely with the project teams, and add to the success and growth of the company? Are you adaptable and able to 'wear multiple hats' working for a small construction company?

Our client is primarily involved in residential refurbishment projects, and the Contracts Manager's spends most of their time on site. They now need a Contracts Administrator to support them from the office and duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Ensuring everybody is issued with latest documents and drawings
  • Scheduling the projects and required trades
  • Completing any applications and paper work for local authorities or funding bodies
  • Monitoring progress of projects and updating project paperwork
  • Liaise with suppliers and assist with material procurement
  • Manage aftercare and snagging post completion of the projects.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role as a Contract Administrator or Document Controller.
