The company already has over 50 employees working for them and due to success in winning new work they are looking to expand that existing workforce and recruit a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist with excellent knowledge of building regulations, the successful individual will be involved in completing a number of duties including preparing masterplans and producing planning's drawings for submission within the residential and mixed use areas. It would be highly desirable if the individual had urban design and master planning experience however this currently is not essential for the role the technician must have AutoCAD/Revit experience the ability/confidence to hold presentations. The successful applicant will posses at least 5 years work experience in the UK of working on residential/mixed use projects, it is required that you hold a full UK driving license to be successful for this opportunity.
Experience of working for developer clients and national house builders is required and a sound technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of The Building Regulations is essential.

Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed use projects.
High proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
The ability to work independently
Live in or around Southampton
A team participant and a proficient communicator
Full UK driving licence
Lifetime Homes experience (Preferred)
Sound technical knowledge and in depth understanding of building regulations
Ability to work independently but also as a team participant
Desire to progress and attend CPD
Full UK Driver Licence
