About Organization/ Client:  A leading digital development and marketing agency, is looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to join a growing team within a thriving company.

The Role:

            We are seeking a highly ambitious Sales Executive with experience working within a digital environment. We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven individual to be the driving force behind generating new business for the agency to add to our on-going success.

The successful candidate will be confident in pitching and presenting as well as being a proactive thinker and excellent communicator.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential new business opportunities
  • Attending all pre-booked company appointments and self-generating new clients
  • Proposing integrated online strategies and introducing new clients across both B2B and B2C sectors to the company
  • Hitting sales targets
  • Establishing excellent client relationships

Required Skills: 

  • Have a proven track record in closing sales
  • Possess real drive and initiative
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car
  • Be willing to travel
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a highly organised, pro-active and systematic approach to work
  • Have experience working in the digital sector and understanding of digital marketing services

Non-Negotiable: 

  • B2B sales experience essential
  • Experience working in the full sales lifecycle – chasing leads, closing deals, and working to KPIs.
  • Some kind of experience in the digital sector would be beneficial

Extra Pointers:

  • Need a great culture fit here – the team is very sociable and driven. Need a B2B hunter, very money-motivated and on the upwards trajectory in their career.
