Individual: The successful candidate will have experience of earthworks, including lime stabilisation, sheet piling, drainage works ahead of substructures starting in the New Year so experience of large scale groundworks would be useful.. Our client is a residential main contractor that specialise within the new build social housing sector. They have a number of live projects in London and are looking to add to their workforce as a result. They are looking for an externals bias manager to join their project team on a 100 unit scheme in East London. The external packages will include full façade management including cladding, fire stopping, SFS, Brick work, roofing etc. Given the new legislation there is a huge emphasise on the fire stopping element of this project so extensive experience with fire stopping would be an advantage. In addition to the packages you will be managing you will also hold all typical site management duties which will include; management of the specialist sub contractors, Progress reporting into the Project Manager, Management of all Health and safety You must have experience managing external packages for a minimum of 3 years or you will not be considered for this role. An exciting yet challenging opportunity has arisen for a Finishing Foreman to join their project team based in their project offices in West London. Scope of Works: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishes for roughly 60 apartments from 2nd fix through to handover. The purpose of the role is to support the Site Management team by overseeing the quality of finishes and full management of the snagging for each apartment.
