Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for planning projects, arranging materials with the purchasing department, writing method statements and risk assessments and organising labour.
Raising Work orders for assigned contractors.
Ensuring H&S is maintained on all sites under your control.
Complete site surveys, monitoring visits and working with our SHEQ Manager to ensure all projects are completed to a high standard.

Managing project budgets.
Completing final accounts and working alongside the accounts department to ensure swift payments on projects completed.

OUR HIGHWAYS BUSINESS

THE PROJECT
We are one of the Delivery Integration Partners (DIP) on the Regional Delivery Partnership Framework (RDP) with National Highways and have been awarded multiple schemes along the A47 running from Peterborough to Norfolk with a combined value in excess of £250m. The framework will see us firmly invest in the region over the next six years and beyond, so we are looking for a stakeholder manager to assist us in the ECI phase on several of these schemes moving from detailed design into construction. The projects range from construction of new dual carriageways, roundabouts, junction improvements and interchanges with a series of structures all delivered in collaboration with Highways England
YOUR ROLE
As Communications Manager you will support the communications strategy to assist the delivery of the programme.
You will:
* Put Safety above all else, recognising our first priority is the safety of our people and those affected by our work.
* Support the delivery of regional communications strategies including media, digital content and partner engagement
* Develop and deliver communications handling plans for specific campaigns and events that capture scheme milestones
* Translate technical information into creative copy for customers, whilst adhering to client templates, writing style guidelines and tone of voice
* Manage external suppliers such as mailing houses and designers to produce customer communications, such as brochures and resident letters

THE PROJECT
We are one of the Delivery Integration Partners (DIP) on the Regional Delivery Partnership Framework (RDP) with National Highways and have been awarded multiple schemes along the A47 running from Peterborough to Norfolk with a combined value in excess of £250m. The framework will see us firmly invest in the region over the next six years and beyond, so we are looking for a stakeholder manager to assist us in the ECI phase on several of these schemes moving from detailed design into construction. The projects range from construction of new dual carriageways, roundabouts, junction improvements and interchanges with a series of structures all delivered in collaboration with Highways England
YOUR ROLE
As Communications Manager you will support the communications strategy to assist the delivery of the programme.
You will:

YOUR ROLE
As Communications Manager you will support the communications strategy to assist the delivery of the programme.
You will:
* Put Safety above all else, recognising our first priority is the safety of our people and those affected by our work.
* Support the delivery of regional communications strategies including media, digital content and partner engagement
* Develop and deliver communications handling plans for specific campaigns and events that capture scheme milestones
* Translate technical information into creative copy for customers, whilst adhering to client templates, writing style guidelines and tone of voice
* Manage external suppliers such as mailing houses and designers to produce customer communications, such as brochures and resident letters
* Work collaboratively across organisational boundaries to maximise communication opportunities and solutions, whilst also addressing issues, challenges and mitigating risks across the programme
* Act as internal advisor to subject matter experts, senior managers and partners on handling communication and engagement activities and issues within a programme environment
* Share learning and best practice with communications colleagues.

We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Partnerships East Midlands, at our Stilton Site. As our Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Senior Site Manager with the day to day control of the site, management and delivery of project works and in the management and delivery of a larger scale project.

Work will involve updating specifications on auto-centres and garages across Anglia carrying out cat-6 data installations and cabling as well as some power work. Travel expenses and accommodation is covered by the client however operatives are expected to have their own tools and van per team. The client is also happy to accept teams that have worked together in the past.
Successful candidates will be readily available field service / network engineers with an IPAF qualification (working at heights) and some relevant experience data cabling as no training will be provided.

Are you a Field Service/ Network Engineer currently looking for their next 3-month contract starting mid-February?
My client, a telecoms and internet provider, is currently recruiting for readily available Field Service / Network Engineers to join a two man team on a 3 -month contract beginning mid-February.
Work will involve updating specifications on auto-centres and garages across Anglia carrying out cat-6 data installations and cabling as well as some power work. Travel expenses and accommodation is covered by the client however operatives are expected to have their own tools and van per team. The client is also happy to accept teams that have worked together in the past.
Successful candidates will be readily available field service / network engineers with an IPAF qualification (working at heights) and some relevant experience data cabling as no training will be provided.
The Role:
Field Service / Network Engineers installing Cat6 Cables.
3month freelance contract
£160£180 a day depending on experience, Monday to Friday 9-5.
Travel across Anglia.
The Person/ Team:
Looking for immediately available 3month contract where accommodation and travel is included.
Experience data cabling, possessing their own van and tools.
IPAF(3a/3b) Certified.
