They are looking to strengthen their Operations team with the appointment of a Construction Law specialist to join the Legal team. With an extensive portfolio of works including commercial and residential projects with typical contracts varying from £10 through to £30 million, they seek a key member of the operations team, although the individual is likely to have a Commercial and Quantity Surveying background. This Legal Counsel position requires excellent communication skills. The main focus will be reviewing legal contracts. The ideal Legal Counsel will have gained in the region of 5 years PQ experience working in a suitable construction company and ideally possess c 3 years legal experience as a minimum, and exceptional organisational, analytic and interpersonal skills. This demanding position requires someone who possesses excellent communication skills who can hit the ground running.
