As Quantity Surveyor you will be joining an overall site team of 30 and will be working across a portfolio of environmental mitigation projects. The successful candidate will be involved in the management of a capital delivery programme valued at over £100m per annum. You will be a part of highly professional Quantity Surveying team empowered to make decisions and responsible for all commercial aspects related to maintaining a vast network.
This role offers the opportunity to carry out a diverse role with wide range of Quantity Surveying aspects from measurements on site to dispute resolutions and be the lead regional commercial point of contact with contractors. This is a unique role and also offers you the opportunity to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work within a very successful and structured APC training programme with a support network of a number of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, RICS APC assessors and colleagues studying to become MRICS.
